Support families in need with dairy goats

This project aims to improve economic and social status of 10 family farmers in project areas through the development Alpine goat’s family farms.
The development of small scale alpine goat’s farms will contribute to the reduction of poverty, improving nutrition and income of the families.
In order to achieve the objectives and results, the project will provide 2-3 high qualities of Alpine goats for each family, will support during the first year with alfalfa seeds, hay, concentrate feeds and medicaments.

Meanwhile the project participants will improve skills and knowledge on goat’s production through training, technical assistance and expertise provided and coordinated from LRD Center.
The project will be supported from “The Foundation of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints” and implemented from Livestock and Rural Development Center.
